You're not sleeping at all, I know this... it's so hard to fight when you're looking for answers. This wild tangle of arms has a hold [on me]. Its left us deep in a dark hole... and I find this place startling... and... disorienting.... it's so hard to fight when you're looking for answers.

- Sometimes you take away your life. . . and I see what's wrong with your eyes. Melting mirrors, you hate to look inside. You bleed to death; take your last breath with these words on paper, and I see what's wrong with your eyes...so low... cling to a dying thing..go slow, what once was everything.

I run for open doors filled with vast spaces, black skies, and sparkling clouds that I imagine carry me. I'll fall for strangers' eyes and unfamiliar places... "no ties to tie me down." I imagine carrying the tune of a true love song..sung with the truest heart...heard only from out in the stars. I'm starting to sing...
I wear a vest of steel, and pull my steel on noises. No cat or passing car seems to notice the tune of a true love song.
I'm starting to see it could be right in front of me.
